I see my latest reply at Sirius Knott’s blog has not shown up. As s/he has since replied to others in the same thread, I’m assuming it was unapproved or was deleted so it would not show up.
From what I can recall, I basically asked Sirius why s/he was so rude in their replies (after all, how does one expect to win converts that way). Seriously, that is an issue that bothers me. This only serves to make your religion look bad since you are, after all, a representative of that viewpoint.
I also pointed out to Sirius the names of several scientists who have done experiments similar to the Miller-Urey one using different conditions–in case Sirius did actually feel like researching, something s/he always tells others to do (but seems to fail to do themself).
There was much more, but I can hardly remember it now. Oh well. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. It’s not the first time something like this has happened.
